Yes, they might as well roll over now and accept it. From what I’ve read and heard our governments nationalised private bank debt to protect the creditors. They being French and German banks who lent recklessly to the greedy banks in our countries.
Well, at least we have the vague hope of the Brazilians showing us how to dump the IMF. Vague, because there’s a few very rich Portuguese who can only get richer when the IMF kicks in.
